Vacation Bible School officially launched the recycling efforts of the church and Martha Best Children's Center. Recycling containers will be placed throughout the church for clear and colored glass, aluminum/steel cans (no lids), beverage cans, plastic bottles/jugs, newspaper, magazines, phone books, junk mail, computer paper, catalogs, corrugated cardboard, drink cartons and clean dry food boxes.

Volunteers are needed to coordinate and record video interviews with church members as part of the "This is Our Story, This is Our Song" sabbatical experience. Also, church members who want to share their story should contact the church office at 249-9158.

Sunday, Sept. 26

Grape jelly and canned soup is collected in the Children's Dining Hall on the first floor for Crisis Ministry. Donations of money for purchase of the items is also accepted. Delivery is made each Monday.
