Items and services are needed for the auction, which will be open from Feb. 12 to 15. Contact Jean Ashley if willing to donate. Tickets for the lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 15 in the Fellowship Hall are $10 and may be purchased after church on Sundays, on Wednesday nights or at the children's center office through Feb. 8. The menu consists of ham or turkey sandwich, pasta or potato salad, fresh fruit cup and homemade desserts. Takeout will be available. All proceeds will benefit the Martha Best Children's Center Scholarship Fund.

Pictorial Directory
Dates of photography for the new church directory will be Monday through Friday, Feb. 14-18, and Wednesday through Friday, Feb. 23-25. Olan Mills will produce the directory. Sign-up sheets are available in the Fellowship Hall lobby entrance. Participants will receive a new directory and a $25 credit toward the purchase of photos. A reminder call about appointments from area code 423 will be forthcoming.
Annual Church Retreat
April 20-22, N.C. Baptist Assembly, Fort Caswell. Cost is $96 per person (includes two nights' lodging and three meals). Single room is $120. Children 2-5 are $16. Children (6 to youth) staying with parents are $32 each. Deposit of half of total cost is due Sunday, Feb. 12. Youths will sign up separately at a later date.
Columbarium
Niches are available for $1,500 in the church columbarium. A remembrance plaque costs $300. For more information, contact the Rev. Tommy Wilson at 249-9158.
Touching Davidson County with Love
Saturday, April 21, 2012. Judy LeCroy and Tricia Laws will serve as coordinators. Volunteers are needed in a variety of light construction and non construction areas. Project leaders and donations are also needed.
HVAC Pledge Cards
The church aims to pay off the HVAC debt within two years. Pledge cards are available in the church office.
2012 Bible Study Field Trip
Savannah, Ga., May 7-10. A $150 deposit is needed. A few spots remain for the Religious Freedom Trip to Washington, D.C., June 21-24 as well.

CHILL Program
