Sunday, May 11

First Baptist Church will celebrate Pentecost and Mother's Day. There will be a Dedication for two babies during the service. Dr. Ray Howell III will present a sermon titled "Families Really Do Matter." The scriptures are Ephesians 5: 21 - 33 and Matthew 12: 46 - 50. Listen to the Sunday morning service on WLXN 1440 AM at 11 a.m.

The Family Night  program will be music by the Chancel Choristers and Joyful Singers. This will be the final Family Night until the fall.

The cost is $4 for adults, $3 for children under 12. Family limit is $15. Add $1 per plate for take-out meals. Reservations are due by noon Monday each week.

Visit the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. Box lunch is included. Sign-up sheets are in Sunday school classes. The cost is $22.
